who opened this small coffee shop
to gain access to the world’s finest beans—
coffees rarely available to individuals,
only to professionals.

Through this journey,
I’ve been fortunate to build close relationships
with top producers and champion estates,
giving me access to truly rare coffees.

What began as a way to brew for myself
became a space to share with others.
