Cherry Lab began with a simple, personal wish: to drink truly exceptional coffee, not as a rare treat but as an honest habit.
I am an IT engineer who opened a small coffee shop. Not to follow trends, but to reach the world’s finest beans directly: coffees usually sold to professionals, and rarely to individuals.
Years of quiet pursuit have brought close, trusting relationships with top producers and champion estates around the world. Through them, Cherry Lab can offer coffees defined not by volume or hype, but by clarity, precision and intent.
What began as brewing for myself became a shop: a place to share these coffees with people who value nuance, patience and honesty in taste.
