Cherry Lab was born from a simple, personal desire:

I am an IT engineer who opened a small coffee shop,
not to follow trends,
but to gain direct access to the world’s finest coffee beans —
coffees that are often available only to professionals,
rarely to individuals.
Through years of quiet pursuit,
I’ve been fortunate to build close, trusting relationships
with top producers and champion estates around the world.
These connections allow Cherry Lab to access coffees
